Bachelor or Diploma degree in Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience( At least, 6 Years of professional experience)
2. Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well
3. Good communication skills (both oral and written).
4. Excellent documentation skills.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
· Operate, maintain and support video, and web conferencing services (Skype of business, Telepresence endpoints)
· Maintain and support customer’s Video Conference Scheduler. Schedule conferences as needed.
· Test and assists with troubleshooting issues.
· Maintain inventory of VTC endpoints. Monitor system performance and capacity status;
· Shifting, configuring of the Video Conference endpoints
· Other tasks that may assigned directly by the Superintendent of Contract
Salary: KWD 325 – 350
Contract 5 years + Government medical insurance + Transportation
